Important Web Page Not Working

I've got seven XP compatible browsers:

K-Meleon Goanna
BNavigator
IceApe
Mypal
New Moon
Otter
Basilisk/Serpent

I'm trying to schedule an appointment for the Covid Vaccine with CVS Pharmacy.
When I select the link for my state the page jumps upward. I've tried all seven
browsers with no luck.

I googled CVS with my state, thinking that there might be a direct link for each
state. If there is, I can't find it.

Maybe an "about:config" edit would resolve this problem. I need a solution.
