As promised, FFMS2 (FFMpegSource2) has now been backported to XP together with some interesting APIs.
Please note that IF you are using avisynth, you need to move to your plugin folder all the dlls you'll find in the package.
These dlls are x86 only; DO NOT put them in "plugin x64".
